This
design-build project was a new tenant fit-up of an existing vacant
space of approximately 10,000 sq.ft. The work included all new walls,
flooring, sprinkler system, security system, and mechanical and
electrical systems. PCS General Contractors also completed the design
for furniture layouts , furniture installation, signage and the
moving of various office equipment. This project was completed in
an eight week period including Christmas holidays.
The space
was fit-up to house 50 people including all amenities such as washrooms,
photocopy room, kitchenette, meeting rooms, storage room and a small
demo room.
