PCS General Contractors was brought in when it appeared this project was destined to fail and significantly miss key milestones. Our services were engaged in mid-project to coordinate the remainder of construction and infrastructure implementation activities, and to coordinate the relocation of existing lab infrastructure and equipment to the newly constructed labs.

Our in-depth knowledge and understanding of the design and construction of these types of labs for Nortel Networks proved to be of tremendous value and allowed PCS to get the project construction back on track and ultimately lead to its timely completion.
