project consisted of the renovation of an existing 4,000 sq.ft. office
space. The renovations included demolition of selected walls, new
door hardware, flooring, painting and electrical systems. This project
was executed while the area was vacant. An extra to the contract was
issued to repair the existing ceiling. |
