All
of the projects at Bayshore Shopping Center were performed in an
occupied environment, therefore planning and coordination were vital
to ensure that there was no impact to the clients. Some of the projects
included the replacement of the west entrance mats, the creation
of a public corridor, temporary hoarding, general painting, service
corridor protection, structural concrete infill and selective demolition
of existing CRU’s. All of the projects were successfully completed
in the time frames given.
