2nd Floor Storage, Sampling and Locker Rooms
The first part of this project consists of the creation of various gypsum wallboard partition rooms within an existing 2nd floor open space. Work includes the installation of a new t-bar ceiling, doors/frames/hardware, electrical, fire alarm horns, lighting, HVAC, sprinklers painting and new vct flooring.

Overhead Door and Wall Relocation

The second part consists of demolishing some existing drywall partition walls and constructing new drywall partition walls in order to relocate an existing interior overhead door. The work also includes the installation of new main doors/frames/hardware, panting, and electrical.
