PCS was awarded this contract to install a new sprinkler system complete with pumps and a stand-by generator as well as to improve handicapped access on this heritage designed building. The construction included installation of new underground plumbing and new washrooms to facilitate handicapped access and a new water supply to the building. The renovations required that PCS perform the work with minimal disturbance to the existing historic structure and architectural elements.
