PCS General Contractors was awarded this $226,000 contract in July 2008.

The scope of work for this project includes the removal of the existing revolving door, providing structural support for the existing curtain wall and installing 2 new revolving doors, all the while maintain access to the main entrance to the building.

As part of the project PCS has been asked to remove and update the waterproofing membrane at the main entrance of the building (above the parking garage podium). Co-ordination and safety will be an important focus as the construction site will have a constant pedestrian traffic flow around it.
