PCS General Contractors was awarded this $390,000 contract to replace the existing carpeting on 12 floors of the student residence building located at 90 University street in Ottawa. The work also included the renovation of 44 two bedroom suites.

All work was carried out during the summer months while the building was still occupied. Careful coordination and isolation of construction areas was crucial in keeping tenants out of the construction zones.
