PCS General Contractors completed this 25,000 sf, $300,000 office fit-up in just 8 weeks. Working with HOK and BLJC, PCS was able to maintain the original design concepts with a few time saving adjustments to materials and complete this project within the desired time frame.

Work included demolition of the existing office set-up, new hard wall office partitions, new flooring, painting, HVAC, electrical, and communication.

Working above a raised complete flooring and dealing with half height walls possessed its challenges, but the PCS on site crew came up with ingenious anchoring solutions that will be used on similar future projects.

The entire project was completed while existing office space around the project operated as usual.
