PCS General Contractors was awarded this $78,000 project to replace 20 drinking fountains on 11 different floors. All the work was carried out during off hours to ensure that the existing tenants were not disrupted in any fashion.

Work was suppose to involve only removing the existing fountains and replacing them with new units, but the existing plumbing lines were too low to accommodate the handicapped requirements for the new drinking fountains. Significant plumbing work was carried out in existing fire rated walls to make everything work.
