PCS General Contractors competed this 15,000 sf, $165,000 office fit-up located in Kanata, Ontario, in just 5 weeks. Despite challenges with the existing concrete floor slopes, PCS was able to complete new drywall, new carpeting, painting, HVAC, fire alarm and electrical work in a coordinated effort to maintain a drop dead move-in date by the clients.

The compressed schedule and delivery of specialty items required special attention but was successfully implemented. The most challenging part of the project was providing a top quality finish on floors slabs that sloped over 2" in 6 feet. This unevenness required creative solutions to complete the project in the required time frame.
