The washroom renovation project required PCS to renovate 8 existing washrooms at various locations within the campus without disrupting the existing operations of the various facilities. PCS worked around the owners requirements and maintained the down time of the washrooms to a minimum. Work completed included demolition, asbestos removal, new drywall partitions, painting, ceramic tile work, millwork, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, ceramic tile sealer, plumbing, and electrical.
