Carleton University awarded PCS General Contractors this project to
renovate exiting spaces within the Steacie Building into classroom
teaching space and the existing spaces within the Herzberg building
to laboratory space. This included demolition, asbestos removal, new
drywall partitions, flooring, millwork, classroom wall dividers, painting,
ceramic tile work, laboratory furniture, eye wash stations, shower
stations, acid piping, specialty gases and new mechanical, electrical
and controls work. The work including the complete renovation of 2
exiting bathrooms from underground plumbing to the all finishes.
