PWGSC
issued a purchase order to PCS to perform a partial renovation
of an existing occupied office space. The demolition and reinstatement
involved the removal of approx 70' of PC-350 partitions and the
reinstallation in a different configuration over one weekend.
The work was completed without interruption to the client’s
regular business routine. Employees left the office space on Friday
afternoon and returned Monday morning to a reconfigured office,
ready for normal operations.
This
renovation involved reconfiguring the partitions, relocation existing
doors, rework of existing and new carpeting, reworking Heating
controls and reworking the electrical. PCS reused many existing
materials and components during this renovation, thus saving the
client money and ensuring the continuity of finishes in the new
offices.
