This project
consisted of a 790 sq. ft. tenant fit up of a space within the Zellers
store at the Hazeldean Mall in Kanata. The work was scheduled and
completed within the allotted three week time period. PCS provided
the client with design input to minimize costs and maintain the project
schedule. The main scope of work included the installation of new
flooring, drywall partitions, painting and lay-in tile ceiling.
PCS took a lead role in the coordination and installation of the
millwork, electrical and mechanical components.
Since completing the first project, PCS has completed two similar
projects; one at the Zellers on Merivale Road and one at the Zellers
in Hawkesbury.
