This renovation project, was the first of many completed for this
client. Time was of the essence on this project as the owner began
paying rent as of the start of construction. PCS completed this project
within five weeks and allowed the client to begin operations with
minimal delay. The project involved the interior demolition and renovation
of Professional Physio Plus located at 3570 Strandherd Drive. Work
included concrete removal and reinstallation for plumbing work, drywall,
glazing, millwork, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and signage.
As a result of the quick turnaround and quality workmanship, the owner
has awarded two other projects of similar nature to PCS. |
