This contract was completed for
ORC in Pembroke, Ontario. The project involved the demolition and
modification of the existing base building structure to prepare the
area to temporarily house the Ministry of the Attorney General. The
work included structural modifications to the occupied building, as
well as a complete new roof, HVAC system and upgrades to the electrical
system. Work also included the removal of buried oil interceptor tanks
that were in use when the facility was used as a garage by the Ministry
of Natural Resources. |
