This $540,000 contract awarded
to PCS consisted of renovating the existing HRDC office locate at
111 Water Street in Cornwall, Ontario. The renovation work included
phased demolition of the existing space to allow the normal functioning
of the HRDC office. Work included new PC350 drywall partitions,
millwork, flooring, painting, HVAC, and electrical.
