This
$150,000 office fit-up was a tendered project for the fit-up of
4,000 sq.ft. of office space. The space was required to be ready
for occupancy 4 weeks after the contract was awarded. PCS General
Contractors took a lead roll in the project and assisted the interior
designer by modifying details to simplify and speed up the construction
time. This project included the delivery and installation of new
carpet, lighting fixtures, millwork, glazing, washroom/shower installation
and the removal and reinstallation of ceiling tiles. The project
was completed and ready for move-in on April 1, 2002.
