This
fit-up of 35,000 square feet of office space for the City of Ottawa
located at 110 Laurier was completed in just 12 weeks. The many requirements
of working in an occupied environment made this project
challenging. This project was completed on time despite
over $150,000 in changes, most coming close to the end of the construction
period.
PCS General Contractors provided the designers with valuable
information and construction details allowing implementation
of changes without requiring major demolition work or extension of
the construction schedule. PCS helped develop a spirit of
partnering throughout the project, keeping lines of communication
open at all levels. When it came down to crunch time, PCS got it done.
