PCS was awarded this contract for the Construction
Management Services for Algonquin College Summer Fit-up projects
in 2011.
PCS's responsibilities include review of specifications
and drawings, assisting in bid document preparation for sub-trades,
and their security requirements, estimate preparation, the development,
implementation and maintenance of a system of cost control and accounting,
scheduling review and update, chair and minute regular project meetings
and provide advise to the Owner and Consultant.
