PCS was awarded this contract in September of 2010. As the general, PCS is responsible for the contract management, scheduling, cost control, change orders, health and safety, security and all aspects of construction coordination.

Work comprises of the new installation of a loading dock and the replacement of an existing freight elevator at the Communications Research Centre (CRC) facilities in Shirley's Bay, Ottawa.
