PCS was awarded this contract in April of 2010. Work consists of the demolition of the existing building T-99 in order to make room for a new classroom addition, expanding the services for the existing building. Work includes new concrete foundations, structural steel, roofing and metal siding, as well as reworking all existing services on the site. All construction will take place while the building is occupied.
