This
project was the design-build of The Power-Tek Group’s corporate
office building (3700 sq. ft.) and warehouse space (3600 sq. ft.)
PCS handled the entire project including architectural and engineering
design as well as managing all construction activity. The project
was a complete “green-field” build, comprising all aspects of construction
from excavating and site services, to a modern office design and
construction fit-up. Approximate value of the project was $750,000.00
